ITOKI Corporation Headquarters
2025
Founded in 1890, ITOKI has been at the forefront of innovation for over 130 years. With the mission "We Design Tomorrow. We Design Work-style.", the company has continuously evolved to transform workspaces and enhance the work experience.
In 2018, ITOKI TOKYO XORK was established to consolidate Tokyo-based offices and elevate work practices. As part of this process, the 12th-floor renovation in 2022 focused on the "Creation of touchpoints," while the 13th-floor renovation in 2023 was aimed at creating a "Comfortable Workplace." The completion of all renovations in 2024 led to the reopening of the facility under a new name: ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE.
ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE is more than just a workspace; it is an innovation hub where visitors can experience new ways of working through collaboration. The new name symbolizes the design of future work environments, where "DESIGN" represents the creation of new value, and "HOUSE" evokes a welcoming place where diverse perspectives and ideas come together.
The design of the 11th floor was developed under the concept of "Activity × Comfort × Mobility," creating a dynamic environment that adapts to different work styles. The entrance incorporates exterior materials to create a sense of openness, fostering greater integration of workspaces. Among the new additions are the "Work Terrace" and a café where community managers serve coffee, facilitating communication among employees. Additionally, unique furniture pieces such as Centra and High Divider have been developed to optimize space functionality.
The project also stands out for its data-driven operations, collecting and analyzing workplace data to maximize both comfort and productivity. The focus on interior design has been key to improving employee satisfaction, reducing turnover, and contributing to successful talent acquisition. With a continuously evolving vision of the office of the future, ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE adapts to changes in lifestyles and customer needs, ensuring a workspace that always aims for 100% of its potential.
