BC Partners Real Estate approached Factory to assist with the acquisition of a real estate asset located in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Conceived by Factory as a bridge between city and nature, work and wellbeing, productivity and balance, Rise places comfort, flexibility, and human connection at the heart of the workplace experience.

The rooftop terrace was reimagined as a flexible outdoor workspace that promotes wellbeing and collaboration. At its center, the Kettal Pavilion M creates a sheltered setting for meetings, focused work, and informal gatherings, seamlessly extending the workplace into the open air. Surrounded by planting and panoramic views, it embodies the project's vision of connecting nature with modern ways of working.
